I know THIS FRUSTRATION,
because I've been there...
I had the same questions when I launched my business eleven years ago,
I tried to find the answers to my questions from my broker. She taught me the very basics, like how to submit the proper paperwork for a contract, and how to be compliant by law, but I was left with so many questions.
I then tried getting the answers by joining real estate teams, As I came to learn, most real estate agents view other agents as competition, so the only thing a team did was serve the leader... NOT the other way around. Instead of being trained, I was a runner, confined to empty open houses, "floor time" (being the office secretary, in the *hopes* you'll get a lead). or given a giant stack of cold leads. from the years before to call through. No one ever even told me what to say. I was given the impression that I should just be lucky to get to work for the team.
I would be sent out on a rabbit chase with only the least motivated, most high-maintenance buyers without any training on how to uncover a buyer's motivation. I once showed between 13-18 homes to ONE buyer... for 6 months straight. nearly every weekend. I thought I was doing the right thing, but I wasted so... much... time... I had to figure everything out on my own. This wasn't what I needed to succeed. Not to mention, after all that time I STILL had the same unanswered questions....
Here’s the truth: NO ONE would take my hand and teach me the things I needed to learn to succeed at a high level, because no one else cared about my success.
It took me way longer than it should have to become successful in the real estate industry,
So in 2018, after discovering that SO many of my colleagues had the same experience as I had, and watching a majority of them struggle or leave the business altogether, I took matters into my own hands. I made a vow to change the game in real estate. I no longer could stand to watch passionate, driven talented REALTORS® struggle to reach their potential like I and my colleagues did. Something had to be done, and if no one else would do it, then it was up to me.
Rockstar Real Estate & Media Group & The Rockstar Apprenticeship were born.

01. DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LICENSE?
Yes, you must be licensed for The Rockstar Apprenticeship. This is a training program designed for our new Rockstar Real Estate Agents. You may begin the Apprenticeship program while in real estate school, but you must be enrolled in real estate school to become an Apprentice.
02. WHEN DOES THE APPRENTICESHIP START?
Rockstar Academy begins in October 2022 (exact date to be determined).

Our Agents close more transactions than the average Agent, & they make more money. That is due in large part to our Ultimate Leverage Package. Our leverage package includes the systems, models, tools, and resources you need without the expense! We also supplement your pipeline with half of the leads you need to hit your goals & free you to do only the things that matter most in your business, while taking the rest off of your plate & handling it with excellence. YOU have a great experience and so do your clients.
04. DOES APPRENTICE MEAN I AM NOT A REALTOR®?
No it doesn't! We call it an apprenticeship, because of the level of training that you will receive and our path to mastery. You are legally allowed to operate as a REALTOR®, however, we do not give team leads to any agent, until you have 2 clean closings from your own database, and we feel confident that you can handle Rockstar's clients. You may work your owns buyers during the apprenticeship, but you must refer out all listings to the team for a 25% referral fee until you are certified as a Rockstar Listing Agent.
05. WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Rockstar Academy is held one day per week for 1-2 hours. You'll receive work and instruction, which should be completed daily. Those are the only time requirements, yet it's essential to have realistic expectations, when it comes to results. If you put in only a few hours per week, the chance of you succeeding is very low. Part time agents make minimal income. If you commit your time and energy to learning, practicing, taking right action, and plugging in, you are guaranteed to soar. The bottom line: what is required is minimal. What is suggested, especially if you want to grow within the team, is full time commitment.
06. CAN I JUST SIGN UP OR DO I HAVE TO APPLY?
Because this training is strictly for Rockstar Team members, you will need to apply to become a Rockstar Apprentice. This is the first step to becoming a Rockstar, as a new Agent! Simply APPLY NOW.
07. WILL I GET PAID AS AN APPRENTICE?
This is not a paid apprenticeship. It is a training program designed for new team members. Real Estate Agents are paid on a commission - basis at the close of a sale. We recommend that all brand new Agents have 6 months of cash reserves to carry you through, while you are learning and building your business.
08. I'M AN ESTABLISHED AGENT, BUT THIS ALL SOUNDS AMAZING! CAN I JOIN? WOULD I BE AN APPRENTICE?
We are ALWAYS looking for partnerships with A+ talent! While you would be given the option (based on production) of going through Rockstar Academy to level up your skills, you would not become a Rockstar Apprentice. Every established Agent has a different business, which requires a one on one business assessment. Contact us by filling out the form below, and we will set up a business audit call.
09. WILL I WORK IN OFFICE OR REMOTELY?
While we ultimately allow our team members to do what works best for their life by design, we strongly suggest that you work from Rockstar HQ as much as possible to give you the highest chance as success. The more often you work disengaged from the environment, the lower the chance you have at succeeding with the team. We have secured the best office in the building for our team, and encourage you use it as often as you'd like!
